I walked back to you

But you walked away

Of the relationship between us

Your decision saddened me

As I still loved you

And needed you in my life

You were my rock

But you couldn't handle it

The situation was too hard

You didn't sign up for this

The pressure was too much

I watched you walk away

Tears running down my face

My heart breaking for us

But I knew you were right
