Hello, can you hear me?
I am talking to you
But you do not respond
Why are you so silent?
Please don’t leave me hanging
I may not survive
Please listen to me
As I cry to you for help
Don’t let me relapse
Into the wicked ways
Like those who gossip
And are evil in heart
Let them suffer, not me
Show them they are wrong
Let them pay the price
For being wrong in their ways
They do not care about anything
They treat the world as their own
Destroying everything around them
And treating others as they please
Please hear my cry
You are the one I need
You give me strength
And I trust you and only you
When you do help me
Which is always and often
My heart is filled with joy
And I am truly thankful
You bring strength to others
And give them a safe place to go
Please look after us all
Like a shepherd with his sheep
