During heartache

In unemployment

You always provided

In health issues

You were there

Keeping me going

Making me strong

When people walked away

You stayed

You have been a constant

In my life

When I was ungrateful

You were there

You forgave me

And helped me through

You were always there

Even when I didn’t deserve you

For that, I am truly thankful
