Up & Down

It’s like a see-saw

One minute I am up

The next I am down

It’s like a yo-yo

Swing from side to side

Never know which way

It’s like a roundabout

Turning round and round

So fast I fall off

I can’t do it any more

It is very frustrating

And a tiring experience

I can’t do it any more

I need a way out

But am scared to go
