Intoxicating Attraction

They love each other

More than words can say

But that love is wrong

Their love isn’t accepted

One travels one way

While the other one stays put

But he is her angel

And she is his baby

They need their love to work

They desperately need each other

Like a bee needs honey

It is an intoxicating attraction

They want their love to work

Want to be a normal couple

And be as one together

They know life will be hard

People won’t accept them,

And will treat them as dirt

But they don’t care

Their need for each other is strong

And their love transcends everything
