People with places to go

People with jobs to be done

A land full of prospects

A day filled with hopes

People filled with dreams

Dreams of a new year, a new start

A land full of prospects

People having fun

Families laughing and cheering

Merry Christmas all around

A land full of prospects

People full of dreams

Still waters come alive

Angry waters ruins hope

A land full of prospects

Is now a land destroyed

Houses fell to the ground

Despair all around

A land full of prospects

Has been hit by a Tsunami

People full of dreams

Are now people who are scared

People ran for their lives

Frightened by the angry waters

Running to save themselves

Running to find their families

People full of dreams

Are now people filled with despair

Where are their loved ones?

Their belongings have all been washed away

Many people have been saved

But many have been lost

Some are gone forever

But some may still be found

A land full or prospects

Is now a land full of despair

These countries have been devastated

By the forces of Mother Nature

People on holiday, away for Christmas

People on holiday, now lost forever

Mother Nature has destroyed their dreams

Mother Nature has destroyed this land
