Everyday I am
tormented by pain
The pain of sitting
with you all day long
The pain of wanting
to be with you
But knowing that I
can’t
I long for the day
when the kitchen flirtations
Will turn into
everlasting flirtations
But I know this will
never happen
As long as you’re
caught between the two
It’s a complicated
issue – the two of us
Both have feelings
for each other
Me I can act on them
You however are like
a cat in a tree

wasn’t complicated

would be free
Free to roam and be
