Seeking Justice

Deep blue eyes

A heavenly smile

Frown wrinkles on your head

And a dimple on your chin

Crazy thoughts in your head

Pain in your heart

You feel lost and lonely

Your world has been torn apart

So what are you to do?

Your heart says seek revenge

Seek revenge for the wrong that’s been done

For the hurt that has been caused

Your heads telling you to be patient

And wait for justice to be done

But your heart takes over

And you seek justice for yourself

But does this make you feel better?

Are you happier now he’s gone?

You sit, your depressed, and you drink

Are you sure you’ve done the right thing?

You think you have

Until you find out that you were wrong

And sought revenge on the innocent man

The guilty ones have been caught

How does this make you feel?

Your heart’s sore, the pain is wild

But you confess to your wrongdoings

And your pain is taken away by a kiss

Your life was torn apart

But one kiss puts it all back together

For you life is normal again

But for others your actions have brought pain
