You rescued me

I had my eyes closed

Actually I was asleep

But I knew you were there

Because I saw your hand

I was captured

I couldn't get free

I was panicking

Because no one would help me

I was hurt and alone

Abused by a hand I knew

I felt there was no hope

As I could not reach anyone

But then I saw your hand

You reached down to get me

You picked me up

And then set me free

Many times I was in the place

Many times I longed to be set fre

But now I am free

Because you came and rescued me
